At the same meeting, the Conference of the Parties adopted the President's proposal, as amended, as decision 19/CP.7 entitled " Modalities for the accounting of assigned amounts under Article 7, paragraph 4, of the Kyoto Protocol " (see FCCC/CP/2001/13/Add.2, section II).
