While noting that, within the National Assembly, there was a permanent Commission on Children, Youth and Equal Rights for Women, CRC was concerned about the absence of a mechanism for coordinating the actions of all ministries and agencies responsible for the implementation of the Convention and lack of cooperation amongst the national, provincial and municipal authorities.
