This cooperation has resulted in the organization of information sessions for the provisional National Reconciliation Commission, further to the arguments made since 2011 to the Government about effectively making available the logistical and human resources necessary for the organization of the national consultations on the establishment of transitional justice mechanisms.
43- وتمثلت أوجه التعاون في تنظيم جلسات إحاطة لفائدة اللجنة الوطنية المؤقتة للمصالحة الانتقالية، وتقديم مسوغات إلى الحكومة لإقناعها بإتاحة الموارد اللوجستية والبشرية اللازمة لتنظيم المشاورات الوطنية بشأن إنشاء آليات العدالة الانتقالية، وذلك منذ عام 2011.

Given this divergence of views, an interim agreement was reached between the Government of Burundi and the United Nations in November 2007 that allowed for the establishment of a Tripartite Steering Committee to carry forward national consultations on the establishment of transitional justice mechanisms.
45 - ونظرا لهذا التباين في الآراء، جرى التوصل إلى اتفاق مؤقت بين حكومة بوروندي والأمم المتحدة في تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2007 سمح بإنشاء لجنة توجيهية ثلاثية للمضي قدما في المشاورات الوطنية بشأن إنشاء آليات العدالة الانتقالية.

70. In the area of transitional justice, I wish to express my appreciation for the constructive role played by the Government as a partner within the Tripartite Steering Committee charged with overseeing the national consultations on the establishment of the twin mechanisms, namely the truth and reconciliation commission and the special tribunal.
70 - وفي مجال العدالة الانتقالية، أود الإعراب عن تقديري للدور البناء الذي تضطلع به الحكومة باعتبارها شريكا في اللجنة التوجيهية الثلاثية المكلفة بالإشراف على المشاورات الوطنية بشأن إنشاء الآليتين المتلازمتين، وهما لجنة تقصي الحقائق والمصالحة، والمحكمة الخاصة.

(g) Conclude as soon as possible the cycle of national consultations on the establishment of transitional justice mechanisms, including consultations with the Burundian diaspora, in order to proceed with the drafting of the final report, in strict conformity with the principles of impartiality and transparency;

(ي) إشاعة بيئة مؤاتية لإجراء واختتام المشاورات الوطنية بشأن إنشاء آليات العدالة للمرحلة الانتقالية، المقرر إتمامها بحلول كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2009، لضمان إنشاء هذه الآليات دونما تأخير، وذلك للمساءلة عن الجرائم السابقة ولتحقيق المصالحة.

(j) Ensure a conducive environment and conclude the national consultations on the establishment of the transitional justice mechanisms scheduled to be completed by December 2009 so as to ensure the timely establishment of these mechanisms in order to address accountability for past crimes and reconciliation;
(ي) إشاعة بيئة مؤاتية لإجراء واختتام المشاورات الوطنية بشأن إنشاء آليات العدالة للمرحلة الانتقالية، المقرر إتمامها بحلول كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2009، لضمان إنشاء هذه الآليات بدون تأخير، وذلك للمساءلة عن الجرائم السباقة ولتحقيق المصالحة؛
