395. Several provisions in UNCLOS, in particular article 220, regulate the enforcement measures which a coastal State can take with respect to a vessel which has violated its laws and regulations adopted in accordance with the Convention or applicable international rules and standards for the prevention, reduction and control of pollution from vessels.
395 - وتنظم عدة أحكام في اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لقانون البحار، لا سيما المادة 220، تدابير الإنفاذ التي يمكن للدولة الساحلية اتخاذها بشأن السفن التي تخالف قوانينها ونظمها المعتمدة وفقا للاتفاقية أو للقواعد والمعايير الدولية السارية من أجل منع التلوث الناجم عن السفن وخفضه ومكافحته.

(p) " Rules of Procedure and Evidence " means the Rules of Procedure and Evidence adopted in accordance with article 51 of the Statute. Article 2

7.1.2 In the event of an objection by the Kosovo Ministry of Education, Science and Technology to the application of a particular curriculum or text book, the matter shall be referred to an independent commission to review the said curriculum or text book to ensure conformity with the Constitution of Kosovo and legislation adopted in accordance with this Settlement.
7-1-2 في حال اعتراض وزارة التعليم والعلوم والتكنولوجيا في كوسوفو على اعتماد منهج أو كتاب دراسي بعينه، يحال الأمر إلى لجنة مستقلة تستعرض المنهج أو الكتاب الدراسي المذكور لكفالة تطابقه مع أحكام دستور كوسوفو والتشريعات المعتمدة وفقا لهذه التسوية.

5. The resumed Review Conference emphasized that full implementation of and compliance with conservation and management measures, adopted in accordance with international law and that apply the precautionary approach and are based on the best available scientific evidence, are essential to ensure recovery and long-term conservation and sustainable use of straddling fish stocks and highly migratory fish stocks.

Paragraph 5 of Article 17 of the Basel Convention provides that " [a]mendments adopted in accordance with paragraph 3 or 5 above shall enter into force between Parties having accepted them on the ninetieth day after the receipt by the Depositary of their instrument of ratifications, approval, formal confirmation or acceptance by at least three-fourths of the Parties who accepted them " (italics added).

75. Subject to paragraph 77, there shall be no restriction by the inspected State Party on the inspection team bringing onto the inspection site such equipment, approved in accordance with paragraph 76, which the [Technical Secretariat] [Organization] has determined to be necessary to fulfil the inspection requirements.

78.
