Finally, the General Assembly, in its resolution 57/141, endorsed the recommendation of the World Summit and requested the Secretary-General to consult all interested parties, to prepare proposals on modalities for the global assessment and to submit such proposals to the General Assembly at its fifty-eighth session for its consideration and decision.
وأخيرا، فقد أيدت الجمعية العامة، في قرارها 57/141، توصية مؤتمر القمة وطلبت إلى الأمين العام أن يتشاور مع جميع الأطراف المعنية من أجل إعداد مقترحات وطرائق للتقييم العالمي، وأن يقدم هذه المقترحات إلى الجمعية العامة للنظر والبت فيها.

Regulation 15.8: The Executive Director shall prepare supplementary proposals to amend the regular budget in a form consistent with the approved regular budget and shall submit such proposals to the General Assembly (Fifth Committee).
