33- تسلّم اللجنة بالتحديات التي تواجهها الدولة الطرف ولا سيّما كثرة تعرضها للكوارث الطبيعية، كالأعاصير التي تسبب بانتظام صعوبات كبرى أمام إعمال حقوق الطفل المكرّسة في الاتفاقية إعمالاً تاماً.

CRC noted the challenges facing the Bahamas, namely the vulnerability to natural disasters which have impeded progress towards the full realization of children's rights enshrined in the Convention.
43- لاحظت لجنة حقوق الطفل التحديات التي تواجهها جزر البهاما، لا سيّما ضعفها حيال الكوارث الطبيعية التي حالت دون إحراز تقدّم في إعمال حقوق الطفل المكرّسة في الاتفاقية إعمالاً تاماً(78).
