The objectives of the seminars were: to provide a forum for the sharing of national practices and experiences in the dissemination and use of census data; to review emerging trends, innovative approaches and technological tools employed in the dissemination of census data; and to identify national capacities and challenges with respect to meeting the increasing requirements of census data users.
وكان الهدف من تنظيم هذه الحلقات الدراسية إتاحة منتدى لتبادل الممارسات والخبرات الوطنية في مجال نشر واستخدام بيانات التعداد، واستعراض الاتجاهات الناشئة، والنهج المبتكرة، والأدوات التكنولوجية المستخدمة في نشر بيانات التعداد، وتحديد القدرات الوطنية والتحديات المطروحة لتلبية الاحتياجات المتزايدة لمستخدمي بيانات التعداد.

It called on Member States to continue to share best practices and national experiences.
وهي تدعو الدول الأعضاء إلى مواصلة تبادل أفضل الممارسات والخبرات الوطنية.

In order to maximize the benefit of sharing successful practices among countries and to provide more effective assistance to Governments interested in replicating specific innovations in public administration, it is necessary to develop a set of tools and methodologies to identify the validity and transferability of national practices and experiences, and the steps and requirements of the implementation process.
ولتحقيق الفائدة القصوى من تقاسم الممارسات الناجحة بين البلدان وتقديم مزيد من المساعدة الفعالة إلى الحكومات المهتمة بتكرار تطبيق ابتكارات معينة في مجال الإدارة العامة، من الضروري وضع مجموعة من الأدوات والمنهجيات لتحديد صلاحية الممارسات والخبرات الوطنية وقابلية نقلها وتحديد خطوات عملية التنفيذ ومتطلباتها.

Notes the decision by the Tenth Annual Conference of the High Contracting Parties to Amended Protocol II to establish an informal open-ended group of experts, and welcomes the holding of the second session of the Group of Experts of the High Contracting Parties to Amended Protocol II, on 19 and 20 April 2010 in Geneva, to exchange national practices and experiences and to assess the implementation of the Protocol;

It called for a resuscitation of the Independent Eminent Experts Group given its central role in mobilizing the necessary political will and also called on Member States to continue to share best practices and national experiences.
وتدعو إلى إحياء فريق الخبراء البارزين المستقلين نظرا لدوره المركزي في حشد الإرادة السياسية اللازمة، وتدعو الدول الأعضاء أيضا إلى مواصلة تبادل أفضل الممارسات والخبرات الوطنية.

In July 2007, a note verbale from the Secretary-General was circulated to Member States requesting information on the implementation of the Action Plan in the following areas: strategies, policies and legislation, and programmes introduced and partnerships forged; the assistance given to build capacity and the exchange of information on best practices and national experiences.
