The Office has taken a number of steps to improve its management of implementing partners.
اتخذ المكتب عدداً من الخطوات لتحسين سبل إدارته لشؤون الشركاء المنفِّذين.

This should be done with a more risk-based and flexible approach to the management of implementing partners in country operations involving:
وينبغي القيام بذلك باتباع نهج يقوم على احتساب قدر أكبر من المخاطر ويتسم بالمرونة في إدارة شؤون الشركاء المنفِّذين في العمليات القطرية، يشمل ما يلي:

:: Monies paid to the implementing partners under investigation which should be reported as presumed fraud
:: الأموال المدفوعة للشركاء المنفِّذين الذين هم قيد التحقيق والتي ينبغي الإبلاغ عنها باعتبارها حالات غش مفترضة؛

37. In paragraph 114 of its report, the Board recommended that the Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs work with other United Nations entities to establish formal requirements for information-sharing on the performance of implementing partners in each country office.
