Regulation 14.02 The biennial administrative budget shall cover proposed expenditures and anticipated revenue relating to the biennium and shall be submitted in the reporting currency.

Regulation 14.05 (a) biennial administrative budget estimates shall be submitted to the ACABQ for comment prior to presentation of said estimates to the Executive Board;
