19- تتمثل المرحلة التالية من مراحل النظر في البلاغ في اعتماد الهيئة المنشأة بموجب معاهدة قراراً أو آراء بشأن البلاغ.

It concludes that the communication should only be examined as it relates to the alleged discrimination contained in restitution laws adopted after the entry into force of the Optional Protocol on 12 March 1991.
وتخلص الدولة الطرف إلى أنه لا ينبغي النظر في البلاغ إلا من حيث صلته بالتمييز المزعوم في قوانين رد الملكية التي اعتُمِدت بعد بدء نفاذ البروتوكول الاختياري في 12 آذار/مارس 1991.
