(ب) استعراض جميع القوانين والأنظمة والسياسات والممارسات والأعراف التي تميز ضد المرأة أو التي تحدث أثرا يفضي إلى التمييز ضد المرأة، والقيام، حسب الاقتضاء، بتنقيحها أو تعديلها أو إلغائها، وضمان أن تمتثل أحكام النظم القانونية المتعددة والسبل البديلة لتسوية النزاعات، حيثما وجدت، للالتزامات والتعهدات والمبادئ الدولية في مجال حقوق الإنسان، بما فيها مبدأ عدم التمييز؛
