232. ١٤٩- يجب أن يكون للحدث المتهم بجريمة محامٍ يدافع عنه فإذا لم يكن قد اختار محامياً تولت النيابة أو المحكمة ندبه طبقاً للقواعد المقررة في قانون الإجراءات الجزائية.
