13. The second semi-annual report by OIOS on the status of implementation of recommendations covering the period ending 30 September 1995 will be submitted to the Secretary-General in due course.
١٣ - أما التقرير نصف السنوي الثاني عن حالة تنفيذ التوصيات الذي يغطي الفترة المنتهية في ٣٠ أيلول/سبتمبر ١٩٩٥ فسيقدمه مكتب المراقبة الداخلية الى اﻷمين العام في الوقت المناسب.

ACABQ addressed a number of specific requests and recommendations to the Secretary-General in its report, 6/ as follows:

15. The head of the Tajik opposition delegation addressed a letter to the Secretary-General on 27 January 1995 in which he declared, inter alia, a one-month extension of the agreement, i.e. until 6 March 1995. 6/
١٥ - ووجه رئيس وفد المعارضة الطاجيكية رسالة الى اﻷمين العام في ٢٧ كانون الثاني/يناير ١٩٩٥ أعلن فيها، في جملة أمور، تمديد الاتفاق لمدة شهر واحد، أي حتى ٦ آذار/مارس ١٩٩٥)٦(.

The Task Force and its Working Groups in the areas of personnel, finance, procurement and governance met during the first half of 1993 to study modalities for the proposed move, concluding its work with a report submitted to the Secretary-General on 21 May, which was subsequently approved by him.

Our commitment to the package of the Convention and the implementing Agreement is demonstrated by the Australian Government's decision to ratify the Convention. Australia's Foreign Minister, Senator Gareth Evans, conveyed our instrument of ratification to the Secretary-General on 5 October 1994, thereby ensuring that Australia was an original Party to the Convention when it entered into force.
إن التزامنا بكل من الاتفاقية واتفاق التنفيذ دلل عليه قرار حكومة استراليا بالتصديق على الاتفاقية، إذ بعث وزير خارجية استراليا السناتور غاريث ايفانز بصك تصديقنا الى اﻷمين العام في ٥ تشرين اﻷول/أكتوبر ١٩٩٤، فكفل بذلك أن تصبح استراليا طرفا أصليا في الاتفاقية عند دخولها حيز النفاذ.

Members of the Committee also requested that the State party accept the amendment to article 8, paragraph 6, of the Convention regarding financing of the Committee and to submit its instrument of acceptance to the Secretary-General at an early date.
٤٧٤ - وطلب أعضاء اللجنة من الدولة الطرف أيضا الموافقة على تعديل الفقرة ٦ من المادة ٨، من الاتفاقية المتعلقة بتمويل اللجنة وأن تقدم صك قبولها الى اﻷمين العام في وقت مبكر.
