337. With respect to guardianship, Dominican legislation is discriminatory in that during the marriage the law entrusts the father with the administration of his minor children's personal property, leaving the possibility of this right to the mother only if the marriage is dissolved as a result of her husband's death.
٣٢٦ - وفيما يتعلق بالوصاية على اﻷبناء، فإن التشريع الدومينيكي ينطوي على تمييز، حيث يخول القانون لﻷب في أثناء الزواج إدارة الممتلكات الشخصية ﻷبنائه القصر، ولا يعطي هذا الحق لﻷم إلا اذا انفسخ عقد الزواج بموت اﻷب.

(d) Amend nationality laws and allow women whose marriage has been dissolved to automatically reacquire their former nationality through a simple declaration in cases where women automatically lose or have to renounce their nationality when they marry.
(د) تعديل قوانين الجنسية والسماح للمرأة التي انفسخ زواجها بأن تسترجع من جديد وبصورة تلقائية جنسيتها السابقة من خلال تصريح بسيط في الحالات التي تفقد فيها المرأة بصورة تلقائية جنسيتها أو يتعين فيها عليها التخلي عنها عند الزواج.

- فيما يتعلق بالعنف المنزلي، هناك خطط قيد التنفيذ للتحقيق مع الجناة على وجه الإعتياد الموضوعين تحت التحفظ، والأخذ في الاعتبار طبيعة العنف المنزلي ▫ إذا أرادت الضحية الإبقاء على الزواج، أو تعليق الاتهام بشرط تلقي المشورة أو إرسال القضية إلى المحكمة المدنية و ▫ إذا انفسخ الزواج، تُعامل القضية بوصفها معادلة لقضية عنف عامة أو توجيه الاتهام إلى الجاني، من حيث المبدأ.
