With regard to Annex II to the Convention, she said that the notification explained that the regulatory action had been taken to protect human health; thus, the criterion in paragraph (a) of Annex II had been met.
48 - وفيما يتعلق بالمرفق الثاني للاتفاقية قالت إن الإخطار يوضح أن الإجراء التنظيمي قد اتخذ لحماية صحة الإنسان؛ وبالتالي تم استيفاء المعيار الوارد في الفقرة (أ) من المرفق الثاني.

With regard to Annex II to the Convention, she said that the notification from Jordan explained that the regulatory action had been taken to protect human health; thus, the criterion set out in paragraph (a) of Annex II had been met.
62 - وفيما يتعلق بالمرفق الثاني للاتفاقية قالت إن الإخطار من الأردن يوضح أنه تم اتخاذ الإجراء التنظيمي لحماية صحة الإنسان؛ وبهذا تم استيفاء المعيار الوارد في الفقرة (أ) من المرفق الثاني.

7. Article 2, paragraph 3, of Annex II to the Convention provides that two thirds of the States parties shall constitute a quorum, and that the persons elected to the Commission shall be those nominees who obtain a two-thirds majority of the votes of the representatives of States parties present and voting.
7 - وتنص الفقرة 3 من المادة 2 بالمرفق الثاني للاتفاقية على أن يتشكل النصاب القانوني من ثلثي الدول الأطراف، وأن يكون الأشخاص المنتخبون لعضوية اللجنة هم المرشحون الحاصلون على أغلبية تمثل ثلثي أصوات ممثلي الدول الأطراف الحاضرين المصوتين.
