187. At the present session, at its 3013th meeting, on 2 June 2009, the Commission decided to again establish a Working Group on shared natural resources, chaired by Mr. Enrique Candioti.

15. The Commission was indebted to the Special Rapporteur and to the Working Group on shared natural resources, for fostering a greater understanding of the subject.
