The present report describes the manner in which implementation has evolved since my last report, provides up-dated information regarding the arrangements being made for the seat of the Tribunal and sets out the current situation as regards the financing of the Tribunal.

2. Notes with concern that, owing to the late submission of the report on the financing of the Tribunal, the General Assembly did not have adequate time to properly consider it;

11. The Secretary-General currently estimates that resources in the amount of $32,642,700 (net of staff assessment) would be required in the biennium 1994-1995 in connection with the financing of the Tribunal.
١١ - ويقدر اﻷمين العام في الوقت الحالي أنه ستلزم موارد بمبلغ ٧٠٠ ٦٤٢ ٣٢ دولار )الصافي بعد خصم الاقتطاعات اﻹلزامية من مرتبات الموظفين( في فترة السنتين ١٩٩٤-١٩٩٥ فيما يتعلق بتمويل المحكمة.

42. With regard to the financing of the Court, there was a need to ensure that the institution could recruit staff and assume other commitments; that would require a contribution of resources as soon as possible.
42 - وفيما يتعلق بتمويل المحكمة قال إن هناك حاجة لضمان تمكن المؤسسة من تعيين الموظفين والوفاء بالتزامات أخرى؛ وسيتطلب ذلك المساهمة بالموارد في أقرب وقت ممكن.

The Japanese delegation looked forward to the report on the funding of the Special Court, which the Secretary-General would submit to the General Assembly at its fifty-ninth session.
وأوضح أن الوفد الياباني ينتظر باهتمام التقرير المتعلق بتمويل المحكمة والذي سيقدمه الأمين العام إلى الجمعية العامة في دورتها التاسعة والخمسين.
