(ii) Institutional capacities: assisting in the establishment and/or strengthening of relevant research centres for commodity diversification and processing; credit facilities, including rural credit arrangements, small- and medium-scale business promotion and funding agencies; and relevant regional institutions in support of national and multi-country diversification programmes;

٢١ - تدعو الدول المشتركة في صندوق التنمية الافريقي الموجود في مصرف التنمية الافريقي، الى إيلاء اهتمام خاص بتنويع السلع اﻷساسية الافريقية بغية اﻹسراع بهذه العملية، وتدعوها الى النظر بصفة عاجلة في تقديم إسهام خاص أولي مناسب لتمويل المرحلة التحضيرية في مشاريع وبرامج تنويع السلع اﻷساسية في البلدان الافريقية؛

The delegation of Benin encourages the Secretary-General to establish more solid and more sustained working relations with the African Development Bank in order to facilitate the inclusion in the present negotiating process for the seventh replenishment of a special contribution to finance the preparatory phase of programmes and projects for the diversification of commodities in the African countries.
ويشجع وفد بنن اﻷمين العام على إقامة علاقات عمل أكثر متانة واستدامة مع مصرف التنمية اﻷفريقي بغية تسهيل إدراج مساهمة خاصة، في عملية التفاوض الحالية للتغذية السابعة، لتمويل المرحلة التحضيرية لبرامج والمشاريع المتعلقة بتنويع السلع اﻷساسية في البلدان اﻷفريقية.
