Finland supports the United Nations Indigenous Peoples' Partnership, which was launched in 2011 by the International Labour Organization (ILO), the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights, the United Nations Development Programme, the United Nations Children's Fund and the United Nations Population Fund with the support of the Secretary-General.

25. Some contributors proposed the establishment of an ad hoc working group under the Commission on Science and Technology for Development with a view to the development of an institutional design and road map to enhance cooperation on Internet-related public policy issues with the support of the Secretary-General.
