Moreover, part IV of the draft, entitled “State immunity from measures of constraint in connection with proceedings before a court”, indicates that the scope of the Commission’s draft articles remains limited with respect to immunity from execution.
وباﻹضافة إلى ذلك، يشير الباب الرابع من المشروع، المعنون " حصانة الدول من اﻹجراءات الجبرية فيما يتصل بدعوى مقامة أمام محكمة " إلى أن نطاق مشاريع مواد اللجنة يظل محدودا فيما يتعلق بالحصانة من التنفيذ.

“1. Any dispute between two or more States Parties concerning the interpretation or application of the provisions of this Convention in respect of a proceeding instituted before the court of one State Party against another State Party shall be settled by the Parties through direct negotiations.
