Requests the Subsidiary Body for Implementation, at its thirty-sixth session, to consider the matter referred to in paragraph 2 above with a view to recommending draft decisions for adoption by the Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to the Kyoto Protocol at its eighth session.

11. Requests the secretariat to report to the Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to the Kyoto Protocol at its eighth session on efforts to implement paragraphs 8, 9 and 10 above and the outcomes of the workshops, in order for Parties to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of the workshops at that session.

(a) To implement the concept of materiality, adhering to the principles established in paragraphs 1 - 5 above, and to report to the Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to the Kyoto Protocol, at its eighth session, on the experience with the implementation of the concept of materiality;
