Decision 4/CP.1 provided guidance on methodological issues.

٠٢- إن مؤتمر اﻷطراف، في الفقرة ألف - ٥ من المرفق اﻷول ٦/م أ - ١، يطلب من الهيئة الفرعية للمشورة العلمية والتكنولوجية، في جملة أمور، الاضطلاع بالمهام المتعلقة بالمسائل المنهجية حسبما هي محددة في المقرر ٤/م أ - ١ بشأن القضايا المنهجية.
