2- كما يطلب المقرر 3/م أ-8 إلى الأمين التنفيذي أن يستعرض، مع مراعاة آراء الآلية العالمية بشأن ترتيباتها الإقليمية، ترتيبات التنسيق الإقليمي الحالية في إطار كل من الأمانة والآلية العالمية بغية تحسينها وأن يضع خيارات مدعومة بأدلة لتحسين ترتيبات التنسيق الإقليمي وأن يقدمها إلى مؤتمر الأطراف في دورته التاسعة من أجل النظر فيها.

4. Invites Parties and others to use these technical guidelines, taking into account article 6.2 of the Stockholm Convention, and, two months before the eighth meeting of the Conference of the Parties, to submit a report to the Conference of the Parties, through the Secretariat on their experience and any difficulties or obstacles encountered in the application of the guidelines, with a view to improving them as necessary;

37. In paragraph 32 of decision 3/COP.8, the COP also requested the Executive Secretary, taking into account the views of the GM on its regional arrangements, to review the current regional coordination arrangements within the secretariat and within the GM with a view to improving them, to develop evidence-based options for improving regional coordination arrangements and to submit these to COP 9 for consideration.
37- كما طلب مؤتمر الأطراف، في الفقرة 32 من المقرر 3/م أ-8، إلى الأمين التنفيذي أن يقوم، واضعاً في اعتباره آراء الآلية العالمية بشأن ترتيباتها الإقليمية، باستعراض ترتيبات التنسيق الإقليمي الحالية في إطار كلٍ من الأمانة والآلية العالمية بغية تحسينها وبوضع خيارات مستندة إلى أدلة لتحسين ترتيبات التنسيق الإقليمي وأن يقدم هذه الخيارات إلى الدورة التاسعة لمؤتمر الأطراف لكي ينظر فيها.
