6. At around 10.30 a.m., the police officers from the Blantyre Police station arrived and took Mr. Odillo away in a police vehicle.

Mr. Odillo was then escorted by the Blantyre police to his house, where they arrived at approximately 1.00 p.m. Mr. Odillo's wife, pregnant at the time, answered the door and the police officers pushed her into the house.
ومن ثم اصطحبت شرطة بلانتير السيد أوديلو إلى منزله حيث وصلوا قرابة الساعة الواحدة بعد الظهر. وردت زوجة السيد أوديلو التي كانت حامل آنذاك على الباب ودفع رجال الشرطة الزوجة إلى داخل المنزل.

9. At this point, the police officers took Mr. Odillo, his brother and his father to the Blantyre Police Station.
9- وعندئذ اقتاد رجال الشرطة السيد أوديلو وشقيقه ووالده إلى مخفر شرطة بلانتير.

At around 11.00 a.m., Mr. Odillo was taken back to the Blantyre Police Station and then to the Chichiri Prison in Blantyre, where he remains to date.
وفي حدود الساعة الحادية عشرة صباحاً، أُعيد السيد أوديلو إلى مخفر شرطة بلانتير ثم إلى سجن شيشيري في بلانتير حيث لا يزال يقبع حتى هذا اليوم.

37. After the hearing, Mr. Chinseche was taken to Chichiri Prison in Blantyre, where he remains.

In view of that, the operations of the Bureau shall be decentralized with establishment of Legal Aid centres across the country, as opposed to the present situation where the Legal Aid Department has offices in the urban centres of Blantyre, Lilongwe and Mzuzu only.
