However, the Working Group wishes to remind the Government of its responsibilities under article 13 of the Declaration to conduct impartial and effective investigations into alleged cases of disappearance until the fate and whereabouts of the victims are established beyond a reasonable doubt, and to guarantee a prompt and effective judicial remedy to prevent disappearances, in accordance with article 9 of the Declaration.
٠٩١- بيد أن الفريق العامل يود أن يذكّر الحكومة بمسؤولياتها بموجب المادة ٣١ من اﻹعلان بإجراء تحقيقات نزيهة وفعالة في حالات الاختفاء المدعاة إلى أن يتم إثبات مصير وأماكن وجود الضحايا بما لا يدع مجالاً لشك معقول، وبكفالة سبل انتصاف قضائية سريعة وفعالة للحيلولة دون حدوث حالات اختفاء، وفقا للمادة ٩ من الاعلان.
