With reference to the decision of the Minister of Justice appointing a Special Prosecutor for the crimes committed in the Darfur States dated 3 August 2008, the following decision is promulgated:

18. On the state level, in the Darfur States the following has been done in accordance with state-level decrees:

1 - يسمى هذا القرار " قرار بتشكيل لجنة قومية، لمساعدة المدعي العام للجرائم المرتكبة بولايات دارفور " ، ويعمل به من تاريخ التوقيع عليه.

B. Ending of tribal struggles in the states of Darfur
باء - إنهاء الصراعات القبلية بولايات دارفور

The Government will oversee and establish these units in the three states of Darfur.

State-level committees on violence against women have been set up in the three states of Darfur, with members including organizations and monitors of the United Nations.
وأُنشئت لجان ولائية لمكافحة العنف ضد المرأة بولايات دارفور الثلاث ومن أعضائها مؤسسات الأمم المتحدة ومراقبو الأمم المتحدة.

9. The Darfur Compensation Fund for War-affected Persons shall have its headquarters in Khartoum and may establish branches in the three states of Darfur or elsewhere.
9 - تكون الخرطوم المقر الرئيسي لصندوق تعويضات المتضررين من الحرب في دارفور ويجوز له أن ينشئ فروعا بولايات دارفور الثلاث أو أي مكان آخر.

An agreement was reached with the Chief of AMIS to hold a general meeting in preparation for the launch of the implementation phase according to the timetable agreed upon by all the above-mentioned parties and for implementation of the Agreement on the ground in the three states of Darfur.
