23- وأعربت وفودٌ عن رأي مفاده أنه ينبغي أن تستفيد البلدانُ النامية من تكنولوجيا الفضاء، خصوصاً في دعم تنميتها الاجتماعية والاقتصادية، وأنَّ من الضروري تعزيز التعاون بين الشمال والجنوب وفيما بين بلدان الجنوب تسهيلاً لنقل التكنولوجيا بين الدول، وأنَّ تدريب العلماء في البلدان النامية هو أمر بالغ الأهمية من أجل حرية تدفق المعلومات العلمية وتبادل البيانات.
