3. also condemns in the strongest terms the kidnapping and killing of military peace-keeping personnel attached to the United Nations Assistance Mission for Rwanda, the killing of personnel attached to humanitarian organizations operating in the country, the wanton killing of innocent civilians and the destruction of property during the conflict, all of which constitute blatant violations of international humanitarian law;
٣- تدين أيضاً وبأشد العبارات خطف وقتل موظفين عسكريين لحفظ السلم ملحقين ببعثة اﻷمم المتحدة لتقديم المساعدة الى رواندا، وقتل موظفين ملحقين بالمنظمات اﻹنسانية العاملة في البلد، وقتل المدنيين اﻷبرياء بلا اكتراث، وتدمير الممتلكات أثناء النزاع، وكل ذلك يشكل انتهاكاً صارخاً للقانون اﻹنساني الدولي؛

9. also condemns the use of torture against Palestinians during interrogation, as it constitutes a grave breach of the principles of international humanitarian law and the Convention against Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment, and calls upon the Government of Israel to put an end immediately to such practices;
9- تدين أيضاً استخدام التعذيب ضد الفلسطينيين أثناء التحقيق، باعتباره انتهاكاً جسيماً لمبادئ القانون الإنساني الدولي واتفاقية مناهضة التعذيب وغيره من ضروب المعاملة أو العقوبة القاسية أو اللاإنسانية أو المهينة، وتطلب إلى حكومة إسرائيل الكف عن هذه الممارسات فوراً؛

5. also condemns all violations of the human rights of women in situations of armed conflict, recognizes them to be violations of international human rights and humanitarian law, and calls for a particularly effective response to violations of this kind, including in particular murder, systematic rape, sexual slavery and forced pregnancy;
