I would like to stress that the reasons that have prevented Turkey from becoming party to the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea remain valid.
وأود أن أؤكد على أن الأسباب التي منعت تركيا من أن تصبح طرفا في اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لقانون البحار لا تزال قائمة.

I have the honour to draw your attention to the systematic infringements by Turkey of the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Republic of Cyprus through blatant violations of international law, in a way that seriously jeopardizes safety and security in the greater region.
ويشرفني أن أوجه انتباهكم إلى ما ترتكبه تركيا من انتهاكات ممنهجة لسيادة جمهورية قبرص وسلامتها الإقليمية بخرقها السافر لأحكام القانون الدولي على نحو يشكل تهديدا خطيرا لسلامة وأمن المنطقة برمتها.

Measures adopted by Turkey in order to ensure disarmament without detrimental effects to nature and human health and compliance with environmental norms are as follows:
