3. further requests the administering Power and all financial institutions to grant the Territory economic assistance, including concessionary funding, to enable it to mitigate the effects of the international economic recession and to pursue its development programmes;
٣ - تطلب كذلك الى الدولة القائمة باﻹدارة وجميع المؤسسات المالية منح اﻹقليم مساعدة مالية تشمل التمويل التساهلي، لتمكينه من تخفيف آثار اﻹنكماش الاقتصادي العالمي ومن متابعة برامجه اﻹنمائية؛

" ١٢ - تطلب كذلك الى اﻷمين العام أن يقوم بإعداد مجموعة، في شكل مذكرة من اﻷمين العام، من جميع نصوص المبادئ أو التوصيات أو المبادئ التوجيهية المتعلقة بالبنود التي اعتمدتها هيئة نزع السلاح باﻹجماع منذ إنشائها في عام ١٩٧٨؛

2. further requests the Secretary-General to ensure that the draft of the Platform for Action be made available in all languages at least six weeks before the beginning of the thirty-ninth session;
٢ - تطلب كذلك الى اﻷمين العام أن يكفل تقديم مشروع منهاج العمل بجميع اللغات قبل بداية الدورة التاسعة والثلاثين بستة أسابيع على اﻷقل؛

8. further requests the Executive Director to report to the Commission at its sixteenth session on the implementation of the recommendations of the present resolution.
٨ - تطلب كذلك الى المدير التنفيذي أن يقدم تقريرا الى اللجنة في دورتها السادسة عشرة عن تنفيذ التوصيات الواردة في هذا القرار.

5. further requests the administering Power to continue to support appropriate measures by the territorial Government aimed at promoting growth in commercial fishing and agriculture and other viable activities.
٥ - تطلب كذلك الى الدولة القائمة بالادارة أن تواصل دعم ما تتخذه حكومة الاقليم من تدابير مناسبة بهدف تعزيز النمو في مجال صيد اﻷسماك والزراعة لﻷغراض التجارية وغير ذلك من اﻷنشطة القابلة للاستمرار.

4. further requests the Secretary-General to review the resources allocated to the implementation of the New Agenda and to submit proposals for additional resources in the context of the proposed programme budget for the biennium 1996-1997;
٤ - تطلب كذلك الى اﻷمين العام أن يستعرض الموارد المخصصة لتنفيذ برنامج العمل الجديد وأن يقدم مقترحات بشأن رصــد موارد إضافية في سياق الميزانية البرنامجية المقترحة لفترة السنتين ١٩٩٦-١٩٩٧؛

" 4. further requests the ad hoc open-ended working group of the General Assembly to submit a report on the progress of its work to the Assembly before the conclusion of its present session;

4. further requests the Secretary-General to make recommendations to the General Assembly at its forty-ninth session regarding arrangements for further sessions of the Committee until the first meeting of the Conference of the Parties;
٤ - تطلب كذلك الى اﻷمين العام أن يقدم توصيات الى الجمعية العامة في دورتها التاسعة واﻷربعين بشأن الترتيبات المتعلقة بالدورات اللاحقة التي تُعقد للجنة الى حين انعقاد الاجتماع اﻷول لمؤتمر اﻷطراف؛

5. further requests the Working Group, in discharging its mandate, to apply the treaties relevant to the case under consideration only to the States which are parties to them;
٥- تطلب كذلك الى الفريق العامل القيام، أثناء أداء ولايته، بتطبيق المعاهدات ذات الصلة بالحالة قيد النظر على الدول اﻷطراف في تلك المعاهدة دون غيرها؛
