25 - تقرر أيضا أنه يمكن خلال هذه الفترة الانتقالية القيام بترجمة محضر موجز لاجتماع إحدى الدول الأطراف مع إحدى الهيئات المنشأة بموجب معاهدات، بناء على طلب الدولة الطرف المعنية، إلى اللغة الرسمية التي تستخدمها الدولة الطرف؛

(b) also decides that non-governmental organizations may attend the meetings of the Preparatory Committee and the Conference, other than those designated as closed, in the public galleries provided for such a purpose;

٣ - تقرر أيضا أنه نظرا إلى أن أنشطة صندوق اﻷمم المتحدة لناميبيا الممولة في إطار الحسابات الثلاثة - وهي حساب برنامج بناء الدولة، والحساب العام، وحساب معهد اﻷمم المتحدة لناميبيا- قد استُكملت، فستقفل حسابات الصندوق الثلاثة وتستغل اﻷصول المنقولة إلى حكومة ناميبيا لﻷغراض التي منحت من أجلها، ألا وهي تعليم الناميبيين؛
