IV. IMPROVING implementation of the measures imposed ON THE

(f) To promulgate guidelines as may be necessary to facilitate the implementation of the measures imposed by the resolution;
(و) إصدار مبادئ توجيهية حسب الحاجة لتيسير تنفيذ التدابير المفروضة بمقتضى أحكام القرار؛

(d) to promulgate such guidelines as may be necessary to facilitate the implementation of the measures imposed by paragraphs 5 and 6 above;

(h) to establish liaison with the ECOWAS Committee on the implementation of the measures imposed by paragraphs 5 and 6 above;

In addition, acting under Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations, the Council decided that the expert panels, through visits to the countries concerned, would also identify parties aiding and abetting those violations and recommend measures to end such violations and to improve the implementation of the measures imposed against UNITA.

IV. PROPOSALS BY THE COMMITTEE FOR IMPROVING implementation of measures imposed ON UNITA
رابعا - اقتراحات تقدمها اللجنة لتحسين تنفيذ التدابير المفروضة على يونيتا

2. Welcomes and endorses the planned visits by the Chairman of the Committee established pursuant to resolution 864 (1993) to Angola and other concerned countries to discuss ways to improve the implementation of the measures against the União Nacional para a Independência Total de Angola specified in paragraph 5 below;
٢ - يرحب بالزيارات التي يعتزم رئيس اللجنة المنشأة عملا بالقرار ٨٦٤ )١٩٩٣( القيام بها إلى أنغولا والبلدان المعنية اﻷخرى لمناقشة سبل تحسين تنفيذ التدابير المفروضة على الاتحاد الوطني للاستقلال التام ﻷنغولا والمحددة في الفقرة ٥ أدناه، ويعرب عن تأييده لهذه الزيارات؛
