29. In 1993, the secretariat of the League of Arab States invited the UNCTAD secretariat to participate in the first Afro-Arab trade fair, which was held at Tunis from 22 to 31 October.

33. The Minister of Justice and Human Rights of Tunisia thanked all the speakers and indicated that the level of dialogue clearly shows the very good reaction on the reforms of Tunisia in the field of the promotion and protection of human rights.
33- وشكر وزير العدل وحقوق الإنسان في تونس جميع المتكلمين وأشار إلى أن مستوى الحوار يبين بوضوح رد الفعل الجيد جداً على ما قامت به تونس من إصلاحات في مجال تعزيز وحماية حقوق الإنسان.

13. Palestine noted that Tunisia was among the first countries to adopt a Constitution that promotes values of equality, justice and freedom and praised the international commitments showed by Tunisia in ratifying several human rights instruments.
13- ولاحظت فلسطين أن تونس كانت في طليعة الدول التي اعتمدت دستوراً يعزز قِيَم المساواة والعدالة والحرية وامتدحت ما أبانت عنه تونس من التزامات دولية بتصديقها على صكوك عدة تتعلق بحقوق الإنسان.

Algeria noted that the measures taken by Tunisia to implement the recommendations require the understanding on the part of the international community of the particular features of the region and its support in order to enable Tunisia to confront the challenges it faces.
وذكرت الجزائر أن التدابير التي اتخذتها تونس لتنفيذ التوصيات تتطلب تفهم المجتمع الدولي للسمات الخاصة للمنطقة ودعمه بغية تمكين تونس من مجابهة التحديات التي تواجهها.

This seminar is now scheduled to take place in Tunis on 9-11 October 1995, and the secretariat will provide an oral report of the results of the seminar to the Third Review Conference.
وتقرر اﻵن عقد هذه الحلقة الدراسية في تونس من ٩ الى ١١ تشرين اﻷول/أكتوبر ٥٩٩١، وستقدم اﻷمانة تقريراً شفهيا عن نتائج الحلقة الدراسية الى المؤتمر الاستعراضي الثالث.
