As part of their national programmes to implement the Convention, and taking into account national circumstances and capacities, Parties are encouraged to undertake activities under the categories listed below, which reflect the six elements of Article 6.

25. Parties are encouraged to hold consultations, particularly when preparing national reports, in order to foster coordination with the work of the Ramsar Convention. Parties are also encouraged to provide copies of strategies/action programmes or plans of work regarding the two conventions.
25- وتشجَّج الأطراف على عقد مشاورات، ولا سيما لدى إعداد التقارير الوطنية، بغية تعزيز التنسيق مع عمل اتفاقية رامسار كما تُشجَّع الأطراف على إتاحة نسخ من الاستراتيجيات/برامج أو خطط العمل المتعلقة بالاتفاقيتين.

Non-Annex I Parties are encouraged to provide more information on the socio-economic implications of adaptation measures;
(ح) تُشجَّع الأطراف غير المدرجة في المرفق الأول على تقديم المزيد من المعلومات عن الآثار الاقتصادية والاجتماعية لتدابير التكيف؛

Non-Annex I Parties are encouraged to provide updated information on their technology needs in their second national communications and other national reports and to make them available to the secretariat;
(ب) تُشجَّع الأطراف غير المدرجة في المرفق الأول على أن تقدم في بلاغاتها الوطنية الثانية وغيرها من التقارير الوطنية معلومات مُحدَّثة عن احتياجاتها للتكنولوجيا وعلى إتاحة هذه المعلومات للأمانة؛

Parties are encouraged:
(ب) تُشجَّع الأطراف على ما يلي:

Parties are encouraged to avoid trade and intellectual property rights policies, or lack thereof, restricting transfer of technology;
(ب) تُشجَّع الأطراف على تجنب السياسات المتعلقة بالتجارة أو بحقوق الملكية الفكرية والتي تقيِّد نقل التكنولوجيا، أو على تجنب عدم وجود هذه السياسات إن كان لـه نفس الأثر المقيِّد؛

Parties are encouraged to provide information pursuant to paragraph 3 (a) above as soon as possible and not later than 31 August 2016.
تُشجَّع الأطراف على تزويد الأمانة بالمعلومات ذات الصلة، وفقاً للفقرة 3 (أ) أعلاه، في أقرب وقت ممكن على ألا يتعدى ذلك 31 آب/أغسطس 2016.

5. Parties are encouraged to cooperate with each other and with relevant intergovernmental organizations and other entities, as appropriate, to develop and maintain global, regional and national capacity for the management of mercury wastes in an environmentally sound manner.
5 - تُشجَّع الأطراف على التعاون مع بعضها البعض ومع المنظمات الحكومية الدولية المختصة والكيانات الأخرى، وفقاً للمقتضى، لتنمية القدرات العالمية والإقليمية والوطنية على الإدارة السليمة بيئياً لنفايات الزئبق، والحفاظ عليها.
