4 - يطلب إلى الأمين العام، أن يقوم، بالتشاور مع اللجنة، وفي غضون ثلاثين يوما من تاريخ اتخاذ هذا القرار، بإعادة إنشاء فريق الخبراء لفترة تنتهي في 31 كانون الثاني/ يناير 2006 مستعينا في ذلك، حسب الاقتضاء، بالدراية التي يتمتع بها أعضاء فريق الخبراء المنشأ عملا بالقرار 1596؛

Article 15. This Agreement shall enter into force on the thirtieth day from the date on which the seventh instrument of ratification is deposited.
المادة ١٥: يدخل هذا الاتفاق حيز النفاذ بعد ثلاثين يوما من تاريخ إيداع وثيقة التصديق السابعة.

However, an applicant may file an application to enforce the implementation of an agreement reached through mediation, which shall be receivable if the agreement has not been implemented and the application is filed within 90 days after the last day for the implementation as specified in the mediation agreement or, when the mediation agreement is silent on the matter, after the thirtieth day from the date of the signing of the agreement.
غير أنه يجوز للمدعي رفع دعوى للإلزام بتنفيذ الاتفاق المذكور، وتقبل هذه الدعوى في حالة عدم تنفيذ الاتفاق، وترفع الدعوى في غضون 90 يوما من انقضاء آخر يوم للتنفيذ حسبما حدده اتفاق الوساطة، أو بعد ثلاثين يوما من تاريخ توقيع الاتفاق، عندما لا يحدد اتفاق الوساطة تاريخا معينا.
