The Anti-Money Laundering Act 2001 (AMLA) makes Sections 370, 371,372,373 and 373A predicate offences under the Act.

2. Each State Party shall endeavour to ensure that any discretionary legal powers under its domestic law relating to the prosecution of persons for offences that are covered by this Convention are exercised to maximize the effectiveness of law enforcement measures in respect of those offences and with due regard to the need to deter the commission of such offences.
٢ - يتعين على كل دولة طرف أن تسعى الى ضمان ممارسة أية صلاحيات قانونية تقديرية تتيحها قوانينها الداخلية فيما يتعلق بملاحقة اﻷشخاص لارتكابهم جرائم مشمولة بهذه الاتفاقية من أجل تحقيق الفعالية القصوى لتدابير انفاذ القوانين التي تتخذ بشأن تلك الجرائم ، ومع ايلاء الاعتبار الواجب لضرورة ردع ارتكابها .

Article 4 of Decree-Law No. 25475 defines acts of collaboration as follows: " Art. 4. Anyone who wilfully obtains, collects, gathers or supplies assets or means of any kind or carries out acts of collaboration of any kind facilitating the commission of offences included in this Decree-Law or the realization of the objectives of a terrorist group is punishable by imprisonment for not less than 20 years.
يجرم المرسوم بقانون رقم 25475 في المادة 4 منه أفعال التعاون في الجرم على النحو التالي: " يعاقب بالسجن لمدة لا تقل عن 20 عاما أي شخص يقوم عن قصد بحيازة أو جمع أو توريد أي نوع من الأصول أو الوسائل، أو يتعاون بأي شكل يساعد على ارتكاب جرائم مشمولة بهذا المرسوم بقانون أو تحقيق أهداف جماعة إرهابية " .
