71. Evidence of other sexual conduct

Any person who by abuse of one's position forces a sexual intercourse or other sexual activity on another person who is in relation of subjugation or dependence towards the former, is to be punished with three months to three years imprisonment.
(1) يعاقب بالسجن مدة 3أشهر إلى ثلاث سنوات أي شخص يقوم عن طريق استغلال مركزه بمعاشرة جنسية بالقوة لشخص آخر تكون علاقته بالأول علاقة التابع له أو المعتمد عليه أو ممارسة أي نشاط جنسي آخر معه.

A person who by assault or otherwise by violence or by threat of a criminal act forces another person to have sexual intercourse or to undertake or endure another sexual act that, having regard to the nature of the violation and the circumstances in general, is comparable to sexual intercourse, shall be sentenced for rape to imprisonment for at least two and at most six years.
يُعاقب بالسجن لمدة سنتين على الأقل إلى ست سنوات على الأكثر بتهمة الاغتصاب كل من يستخدم الاعتداء أو غير ذلك من وسائل العنف أو التهديد بعمل إجرامي لإرغام شخص آخر على الاتصال الجنسي أو على القيام بفعل جنسي آخر أو تحمله، يكون، بالنظر إلى طبيعة الانتهاك والظروف المحيطة، مماثلا للاتصال الجنسي.

Pursuant to article 199, paragraph3 of the Penal Code, whoever subjects a minor to sexual intercourse or makes him/her submit to another sexual act or perform such an act by abusing his/her trust or offering him/her financial or personal gain or a promise thereof shall be subject to the penalty of imprisonment for a term of 3 months to 5 years.
