Also regrets the delay in submission by the Secretary-General of his report on the support account, which resulted in the delay of the related report of the Advisory Committee on Administrative and Budgetary Questions, and decides that his next report on the support account for the period from 1 July 1999 to 30 June 2000 should be issued to Member States no later than 28 February 1999;
٥ - تأسف أيضا لتأخر اﻷمين العام في تقديم تقريره عن حساب الدعم مما أدى الى تأخر تقرير اللجنة الاستشارية لشؤون اﻹدارة والميزانية ذي الصلة، وتقرر أنه ينبغي أن يقدم تقريره القادم عن حساب الدعم للفترة من ١ تموز/ يوليه ١٩٩٩ إلى ٣٠ حزيران/ يونيه ٢٠٠٠ في موعد لا يتجاوز ٢٨ شباط/ فبراير ١٩٩٩؛

5. 45. Mr. TAKASU (Controller) said that the Secretary-General had proposed submitting a separate cost estimate of the support account for the period from July 1996 onward; therefore, no provision for the support account had been included in the present report.

Provision was made in the support account for the period from 1 July 1997 to 30 June 1998 for the travel of staff in the Unit ($38,400) as well as funds for books and materials for the Resource Centre ($2,500).

20. Regrets that a comprehensive review of a rapidly deployable mission headquarters, as requested in paragraph 7 of its resolution 53/12, has not been carried out, and requests the Secretary-General to make the comprehensive review available before the report on the support account for the period from 1 July 2000 to 30 June 2001 is submitted;
