On this International Day in Support of Victims of Torture, we pay tribute to the Governments, civil society organizations and individuals engaged in activities aimed at preventing torture, punishing it and ensuring that all victims obtain redress and adequate compensation, including the means for as full a rehabilitation as possible.
وفي هذا اليوم الدولي لمساندة ضحايا التعذيب، نشيد بالحكومات ومنظمات المجتمع المدني والأفراد المنخرطين في الأنشطة الرامية إلى منع التعذيب والمعاقبة عليه والتأكد من حصول جميع الضحايا على الإنصاف والتعويض الكافي، بما في ذلك توفير الوسائل اللازمة لتحقيق أكبر قدر ممكن من إعادة التأهيل الكاملة.

" (l) To ensure that all victims of violence have access to appropriate child-sensitive health and social services, by paying special attention to the gender-specific needs of girls and boys who are victims of violence;
