Recalling and noting with appreciation the inputs for the draft international guiding principles on alternative development agreed by participants at the International Seminar Workshop on Sustainable Alternative Development held in the provinces of Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai, Thailand, from 6 to 11 November 2011,h
وإذ نستذكر ونلاحظ مع التقدير مدخلات مشروع المبادئ الإرشادية الدولية بشأن التنمية البديلة التي وافق عليها المشاركون في حلقة التدارس الدولية بشأن التنمية البديلة المستدامة التي عُقدت في مقاطعتي تشيانغ ماي وتشيانغ راي، بتايلند، من 6 إلى 11 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2011،(ح)

April 1995 Manila: Attended the Third International Workshop of National Human Rights Institutions

In September 1997 a meeting of national institutions in the Asian—Pacific region was held in New Delhi and in November 1997 the Fourth International Workshop of National Institutions was held in Mexico.
وعقد في أيلول/سبتمبر ٧٩٩١ اجتماع للمؤسسات الوطنية في منطقة آسيا والمحيط الهادئ في نيودلهي كما عقدت حلقة التدارس الدولية الرابعة للمؤسسات الوطنية في المكسيك في تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر ٧٩٩١.

Cuba was honoured to participate in the International Workshop on Minimum Humanitarian Standards held at Cape Town (South Africa) in September 1996.

10. The Fourth International Workshop of National Institutions was held in Mérida, Mexico, from 17 to 29 November 1997.

19. Requests the working group to take into account available documentation and information including, inter alia, the report of the second International Workshop on National Institutions for the Promotion and Protection of Human Rights;

6. Welcomes the proposal to convene the third International Workshop of National Institutions for the Promotion and Protection of Human Rights in Manila from 18 to 21 April 1995;

88. According to paragraph 4 of this resolution, the study should in particular take into consideration the issues raised in the report of the International Workshop on Minimum Humanitarian Standards held in Cape Town, South Africa, from 27 to 29 September 1996.
٨٨- ووفقاً للفقرة ٤ من القرار المذكور، ينبغي للدراسة أن تضع في الاعتبار بوجه خاص القضايا التي أُثيرت في تقرير حلقة التدارس الدولية بشأن المعايير اﻹنسانية الدنيا، التي عُقدت في كيب تاون بجنوب أفريقيا في الفترة من ٧٢ إلى ٩٢ أيلول/سبتمبر ٦٩٩١.

102. The International Workshop on Minimum Humanitarian Standards held in Cape Town, South Africa (27-29 September 1996) is a major effort to achieve international consensus on this issue.
٢٠١- إن حلقة التدارس الدولية بشأن المعايير اﻹنسانية الدنيا، التي عُقدت في كيب تاون في جنوب أفريقيا )٧٢-٩٢ أيلول/سبتمبر ٦٩٩١(، هي بمثابة جهد رئيسي في سبيل تحقيق توافق دولي في الرأي بشأن هذه المسألة.

Noting with satisfaction the convening of the third International Workshop on National Institutions for the Promotion and Protection of Human Rights in Manila from 18 to 21 April 1995 and the first African Conference of Human Rights National Institutions in Yaounde from 5 to 7 February 1996,

113. The Commission will have before it the report of the Secretary-General (E/CN.4/1996/48) and the report of the third International Workshop on national institutions held in Manila from 8 to 21 April 1995 (E/CN.4/1996/8).

5. In accordance with resolution 1992/54 of the Commission on Human Rights, the Centre for Human Rights, in cooperation with the Tunisian Higher Committee on Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, organized the second International Workshop on National Institutions for the Promotion and Protection of Human Rights, which was held in Tunis from 13 to 17 December 1993.

As the first part of the International Workshop and Conference on Alternative Development, the Government of Thailand organized the International Seminar Workshop on Sustainable Alternative Development, in association with the Government of Peru and in close collaboration with UNODC, in November 2011.
2- وفي إطار الجزء الأول من حلقة العمل الدولية والمؤتمر الدولي بشأن التنمية البديلة، نظَّمت حكومة تايلند حلقة التدارس الدولية بشأن التنمية البديلة المستدامة بالاشتراك مع حكومة بيرو وبالتعاون الوثيق مع مكتب الأمم المتحدة المعني بالمخدِّرات والجريمة، في تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2011.
