41. Where the victims or next-of-kin reside in a State other than the State in which the alleged offenders are prosecuted, the prosecuting State must make effective provision for remote participation.
41- وعندما يسكن الضحايا أو الأقارب في دولة غير الدولة التي يُقاضى فيها الجناة المزعومون، يجب أن تتيح الدول المقاضية إمكانية فعلية للمشاركة من بعد.

2. In an insolvency proceeding commenced in a State other than the State in which the assignor is located, any preferential right that arises, by operation of law, under the law of the forum State and is given priority status over the rights of an assignee in insolvency proceedings under the law of that State may be given priority notwithstanding article 24.
2- في اجراءات الاعسار التي تُستهل في دولة غير الدولة التي يقع فيها مقر المحيل، يجوز، بصرف النظر عما تنص عليه المادة 24 اعطاء الأولوية لأي حق تفضيلي ينشأ، باعمال القانون، بمقتضى قانون دولة المحكمة وتُعطى له صفة الأولوية على حقوق محال اليه في اجراءات الاعسار التي تُنظم بمقتضى قانون تلك الدولة.
