At this juncture, I would like to extend my highest appreciation to our friend, Mr. Samir Sanbar, Assistant Secretary-General for Public Information, for his willingness to meet with us and to speak openly and frankly, so that together we can strengthen the Department and heighten its effectiveness to spread the Organization's message.
