أولا : يقترح في المرحلة الحالية بشأن التحقيقات المتعلقة بتحديد فئات عامة وفئات فرعية لأنشطة سيادة القانون أن يضاف البند المعنون " الأنشطة المتعلقة بتنفيذ قرارات الأجهزة القضائية للأمم المتحدة " إلى قائمة الأنشطة ذات الصلة بتعزيز سيادة القانون على المستوى الدولي.
