41- وأوضحت الورقة المشتركة 9 أن الفتيات - الأمهات اللواتي يعشن في الشوارع يتخلين في الغالب عن أطفالهن وأن هناك اتجاراً بالأطفال بدأ يستقر في كنشاسا(67)، وأوصت الحكومة بالقضاء على جميع شبكات الاتجار بالأطفال وإنشاء أو دعم مراكز متخصصة في استقبال الفتيات - الأمهات ومرافقتهن(68).

Furthermore, in view of the importance of trans-border trafficking, the ILO Committee of Experts urged Mali to take measures such as the establishment of a system for the exchange of information on child trafficking networks and the arrest of persons working in these networks.
وبالإضافة إلى ذلك، ونظراً لاتساع الاتجار العابر للحدود، حثّت لجنة الخبراء التابعة لمنظمة العمل الدولية مالي على اتخاذ تدابير كوضع نظام لتبادل المعلومات بخصوص شبكات الاتجار بالأطفال وتوقيف الأشخاص العاملين في هذه الشبكات(55).
