69- أما بشأن الفقرة الخاصة بالتدابير التي اتخذتها الدولة من أجل ضمان حق كل إنسان في الأمن على شخصه وفي حماية الدولة له من أي عنف أو أذى بدني، فإن الدستور الدائم لدولة قطر قد أكد هذا الحق في المادة 52 منه والتي تنص على أن " يتمتع كل شخص مقيم في الدولة إقامة مشروعة بحماية لشخصه وماله وفقاً للقانون " .
