Activities in connection therewith would be carried out subject to availability of extrabudgetary resources in the Voluntary Fund for Technical Cooperation in the Field of Human Rights.

Projects are funded by the regular budget of the United Nations and through contributions to the Voluntary Fund for Technical Cooperation in the Field of Human Rights; that Fund is administered by the Secretary-General with the advice of a Board of Trustees.
