"طبالي" - Traduction Arabe en Anglais

In an effort to allow some UNRWA cargoes of humanitarian goods to enter, in mid-June the Israeli authorities proposed, and agreed to pay the basic costs for, a procedure of back-to-back transfer under which UNRWA cargoes would be off-loaded from the containers on the Israeli side of the terminal, placed on wooden pallets and moved to the Palestinian side, where they would be reloaded into Palestinian trucks for delivery to the UNRWA warehouse.
وفي محاولة للسماح لبعض شحنات الأونروا من السلع الإنسانية بالدخول اقترحت السلطات الإسرائيلية في أواسط حزيران/يونيه إجراء ووافقت على دفع التكاليف الأساسية التي تترتب عليه، ويعرف بإجراء " من ظَهر إلى ظَهر " يتم بموجبه تنزيل شحنات الأونروا من الحاويات في الجانب الإسرائيلي ووضعها على طبالي خشبية ثم نقلها إلى الجانب الفلسطيني حيث تحمل بها شاحنات فلسطينية لتسليمها في مخازن الأونروا.
