5. Each State Party shall endeavour, where appropriate and in accordance with the fundamental principles of its domestic law, to establish measures and systems requiring public officials to make declarations to appropriate authorities regarding, inter alia, their outside activities, employment, investments, assets and substantial gifts or benefits from which a conflict of interest may result with respect to their functions as public officials.
5- تسعى كل دولة طرف، عند الاقتضاء ووفقا للمبادئ الأساسية لقانونها الداخلي، إلى وضع تدابير ونظم تلزم الموظفين العموميين بأن يفصحوا للسلطات المعنية عن أشياء منها ما لهم من أنشطة خارجية وعمل وظيفي واستثمارات وموجودات وهبات أو منافع كبيرة قد تفضي إلى تضارب في المصالح مع مهامهم كموظفين عموميين.

22. Also welcomes the continued cooperation of the Council of Europe, where appropriate and in accordance with international drug control conventions, with the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime and the International Narcotics Control Board in the fight against drug abuse and drug trafficking, and notes the role played by the Pompidou Group in this regard;
22 - ترحب أيضا بمواصلة مجلس أوروبا التعاون، عند الاقتضاء ووفقا للاتفاقيات الدولية لمراقبة المخدرات، مع مكتب الأمم المتحدة المعني بالمخدرات والجريمة والهيئة الدولية لمراقبة المخدرات في مجال مكافحة تعاطي المخدرات والاتجار غير المشروع بالمخدرات، وتلاحظ الدور الذي يقوم به فريق بومبيدو في هذا الصدد؛

(b) Consider developing, where appropriate and in accordance with domestic laws, a system of short-term migration, including workers from least developed countries;

20- يشجِّع الدولَ الأطرافَ، وفقاً للفقرة 5 من المادة 8 من الاتفاقية، على أن تسعى جاهدةً، عند الاقتضاء ووفقا للمبادئ الأساسية لقانونها الداخلي، إلى إنشاء وتدعيم نُظم لإقرارات الذمَّة المالية تطبق على الموظفين العموميين بهدف استبانة وحسم جوانب التضارب في المصالح، ويطلب إلى الأمانة أن تواصل دعم الدول الأطراف في هذا الشأن؛

States parties are encouraged to ensure that the assets derived from offences covered by the Trafficking in Persons Protocol or used to commit the crime are seized and the proceeds of the crime are confiscated, for example by adding trafficking in persons as a predicate offence for money-laundering in national law and, where appropriate and in accordance with domestic legislation, using such proceeds to assist and compensate victims.
26- تُشَجَّع الدولُ الأطرافُ على ضمان ضبط الموجودات المتأتية من الجرائم المشمولة ببروتوكول الاتجار بالأشخاص، أو المستخدمة لارتكابها، وعلى مصادرة عائداتها، بوسائل منها على سبيل المثال اعتبار الاتجار بالأشخاص في القانون الوطني جريمة أصلية لغسل الأموال، واستخدام تلك العائدات، عند الاقتضاء ووفقا للتشريعات الداخلية، لتقديم المساعدة والتعويضات لضحايا الاتجار.

(d) To include, where appropriate and in accordance with the International Tracing Instrument, in their small arms and light weapons tracing procedures the use of INTERPOL tracing and firearm identification tools, and to enhance cooperation, as appropriate, with relevant international organizations in building capacity, upon request, for marking, record-keeping and tracing;
