Based on the all above and in connection with the adoption of the Law of Mongolia on nuclear-weapon-free status, the State Great Hural of Mongolia resolves:
واستنادا إلى ما تقدم وفيما يتعلق باعتماد قانون منغوليا بشأن مركزها كمنطقة خالية من الأسلحة النووية، يُقرر المجلس الأعلى لمنغوليا ما يلي:

2. The present Resolution shall be implemented from the day of the entry into force of the Law of Mongolia on the nuclear-weapon-free status.
2 - يسري هذا القرار ابتداء من تاريخ دخول قانون منغوليا بشأن مركزها كدولة خالية من الأسلحة النووية حيز النفاذ.

:: Assessing whether the privileges and jurisdictional immunities afforded under Mongolian law go beyond the protections necessary for public officials to perform their official functions;

Resolution 19 of the State Great Hural on measures to be taken in connection with the adoption of the Law of Mongolia on its nuclear-weapon-free status
2 - القرار رقم 19 الصادر عن البرلمان بشأن التدابير التي ستتخذ بصدد اعتماد قانون منغوليا المتعلق بمركزها كمنطقة خالية من الأسلحة النووية؛

Based on the all above and in connection with the adoption of the Law of Mongolia on nuclear-weapon-free status, the State Great Hural of Mongolia resolves:
واستنادا إلى ما تقدم، وفيما يتعلق باعتماد قانون منغوليا بشأن مركزها كدولة خالية من الأسلحة النووية، يُقرر برلمان منغوليا ما يلي:

3/ to report, as the case may be, to the Standing Committee on Security and Foreign Policy Affairs of the State Great Hural of Mongolia on the implementation of the Law of Mongolia on the nuclear-weapon-free status, of the present Resolution and other legislative acts adopted in conformity with them.
`3 ' تقديم تقرير، حسب الحالة، إلى اللجنة الدائمة المعنية بشؤون الأمن والسياسة الخارجية التابعة للمجلس الأعلى لمنغوليا بشأن تنفيذ قانون منغوليا المتعلق بمركز منغوليا كدولة خالية من الأسلحة النووية، وهذا القرار وسائر القوانين التشريعية المعتمدة طبقا لهما.

After declaring its territory a nuclear-weapon-free zone in 1992 at the UN General Assembly, Mongolia adopted in 2000 the Law of Mongolia on its nuclear-weapon-free-status.
وبعد إصدار منغوليا للإعلان الذي ينص على اعتبار أراضيها منطقة خالية من الأسلحة النووية، في سنة 1992، في الجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة، اعتمدت منغوليا، في سنة 2000 قانون منغوليا بشأن مركزها كمنطقة خالية من الأسلحة النووية.

Welcoming the declaration by Mongolia in 1992 of its nuclear-weapon-free status and passage of the Law of Mongolia on its Nuclear-Weapon-Free Status, which entered into force on 3 February 2000,
إذ ترحب بإعلان منغوليا في عام 1992 عن مركزها كدولة خالية من الأسلحة النووية وإقرارها قانون منغوليا المتعلق بمركزها كدولة خالية من الأسلحة النووية، الذي دخل حيز النفاذ في 3 شباط/فبراير 2000،

Mongolia adopted its first competition law (the Law of Mongolia on Prohibiting Unfair Competition) in 1993.
2- اعتمدت منغوليا قانونها الأول بشأن المنافسة (قانون منغوليا بشأن حظر المنافسة غير النزيهة) في عام 1993.

The enactment of the Law of Mongolia on the Legal Status of Foreign Citizens (1993), which establishes equality between foreigners and Mongolian citizens in the exercise of their rights and freedoms, is also welcomed by the Committee.
وتعرب اللجنة أيضا عن ترحيبها بسن قانون منغوليا المتعلق بالمركز القانوني للرعايا اﻷجانب )١٩٩٣(، والذي ينص على المساواة بين اﻷجانب والرعايا المنغوليين في ممارسة حقوقهم وحرياتهم.

3. To recognize that the Law of Mongolia on its nuclear-weapon-free status, adopted on 3 February 2000 by the State Great Hural of Mongolia, can be a basis for Mongolia's further consultation with P5.
3 - الاعتراف بأن قانون منغوليا بشأن مركزها كدولة خالية من الأسلحة النووية الذي اعتمده المجلس الأعلى في منغوليا في 3 شباط/فبراير 2000، يمكن أن يكون أساسا لإجراء مزيد من المشاورات مع الدول الخمس الحائزة للأسلحة النووية.

1/ to actively cooperate with and acquire assistance from the relevant States, international organizations, including the International Atomic Energy Agency, in implementing the Law of Mongolia on the nuclear-weapon-free status and the United Nations General Assembly resolution entitled " Mongolia's international security and nuclear-weapon-free status " ;

1. Right to life 20. Although death penalty is still effective in the Criminal Code of Mongolia, on January 14, 2010 the President of Mongolia, according to his constitutional power to grant pardon, has publicly declared moratorium on death penalty.
