427. The Committee recommends that the State party take all effective measures, including legal ones, to include an explicit prohibition on the use of corporal punishment in the home; to ensure that this prohibition is adequately monitored and enforced, both at home and in the schools; and to promote positive, non-violent forms of discipline as an alternative to corporal punishment in the home.

The Committee recommends that the State party take effective measures, including through public awareness campaigns, to promote positive, participatory and nonviolent forms of discipline as an alternative to corporal punishment at all levels of society, and to effectively implement the law prohibiting corporal punishment.
629- توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بأن تتخذ تدابير فعالة، من بينها حملات التوعية العامة، للتشجيع على ممارسة أشكال التأديب الإيجابية غير العنيفة والقائمة على المشاركة، كبديل للعقاب البدني على جميع مستويات المجتمع، وأن تضع القانون الذي يحظر العقوبة البدنية موضع التنفيذ الفعال.

(c) Ensure that positive, participatory, nonviolent forms of discipline are administrated in a manner consistent with the Convention, in particular article 28 (2) as an alternative to corporal punishment at all levels of society.
(ج) أن تضمن استخدام أساليب التأديب الإيجابية والقائمة على المشاركة والخالية من العنف على نحو يتوافق وأحكام الاتفاقية، لا سيما الفقرة 2 من المادة 28 منها، كبديل للعقاب البدني على شتى مستويات المجتمع.
